Who we are

The Dominator tournament platform is run by Dominator Official and Tufan Studio, Bangladesh. Questions about your data: hello@tufanstudio.net.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, mobile number, and, if you give them, your WhatsApp number and bKash number (used only to pay entry fees and send prize money).
Game details: Free Fire UID, in-game nickname, Discord username, and the squads and tournaments you take part in.
Google sign-in: if you continue with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
What you post: chat messages, announcements, match result reports and the screenshots attached to them.
Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, and push-notification subscriptions, kept in server logs for security.

Why we use it

To run tournaments: rosters, group draws, schedules, room codes, results and standings.
To let squads and organizers talk in the app's chat rooms and to send you notifications about your matches.
To confirm entry-fee payments and pay out prizes.
To keep the platform safe: stopping abuse, resolving disputes and enforcing tournament rules.

Who can see it

Your squad mates see your name, nickname, UID and, for captains, your phone number.
Tournament organizers and platform staff see the details of entries in their tournaments, including payment references and result screenshots.
Public tournament pages show squad names, tags, logos and results, never phone numbers or emails.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. Service providers we rely on (hosting, Google sign-in, web push) only process it to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

Account and tournament records stay while your account exists so past results remain valid. Result screenshots are kept for the length of the tournament plus the dispute window. Server logs are rotated regularly.

Your choices

Edit your name, phone, WhatsApp and bKash number any time under Profile in the app.
Turn push notifications off in your phone or browser settings.
To delete your account and personal data, message us in the app's Staff Support chat or email the address above. We remove it within 30 days, keeping only what tournament records require (squad name and results).

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we announce it in the app. The date at the top always shows the current version.
