Using the platform

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be old enough to play Free Fire under its own terms. One account per person, registered with a mobile number that is yours.

Squads and tournaments

• A squad's captain is responsible for the roster they register. Every player on a roster must be a real person who agreed to play.
• Each tournament has its own rulebook, roster size, schedule and, where stated, an entry fee. Registering a squad means accepting that rulebook.
• Organizers may approve, reject or remove an entry that breaks the rules, uses a false identity, or misses a match.
• Room codes are for the squad that received them. Sharing a room code outside your squad gets the squad removed.

Entry fees and prizes

• Fees are paid by bKash to the number shown in the app and confirmed by the organizer against the transaction ID you submit. Submitting someone else's transaction ID, or one already used, is fraud and ends your participation.
• A fee is refunded if the organizer cancels the tournament or rejects the entry. Once an entry is approved and the draw is published, fees are not refundable.
• Prizes are paid to the captain's bKash number on the squad's profile, within the time stated in the tournament's rulebook.

Conduct in chat

Chat rooms are moderated. No harassment, hate, threats, scams, adult content or spam. Staff and organizers can remove messages, mute or ban accounts, and lock rooms. Impersonating staff or an organizer is a ban.

Results and disputes

Captains report results with an end-of-match screenshot. Organizers enter the official result and their decision on a dispute is final for that tournament. Edited or fake screenshots disqualify the squad.

Organizers

Anyone approved as an organizer runs their tournaments in their own name. They are responsible for their rules, fees, prizes and decisions. Dominator Official and Tufan Studio provide the platform and may suspend an organizer who misuses it.

The service itself

We work to keep the platform online during matches but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Free Fire is a product of Garena; this platform is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garena. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app.
